What is Discernment Counseling?

It helps couples gain clarity about their relationship's future, whether that means pursuing healing and growth in their relationship or amicably parting ways with greater understanding. ​​

What to Expect?

  1. Duration: The first session is 2 hours, and the rest are 1.5 hours in length with a max of 5 sessions.

  2. Approach: Structured and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping you and your partner explore your future options and make a clear choice, rather than addressing problems in your relationship. 

  3. Confidentiality: All information that you share during the individual portion of the sessions is kept confidential.
